The post-artist residency exhibitions in Utena and Pabradė

The post-artist residency exhibition dedicated to the memory of painter Aleksandras Vozbinas was displayed in the exhibition spaces of the towns of Utena and Pabradė.


The residency took place in June 2024 in the village of Ziboliškės, a place Aleksandras had visited and painted many times.


The exhibitions featured works by artists from Lithuania, Estonia, and Poland, including Svajūnas Armonas, Piotr Dondajewski, Rūta Eidukaitytė, Riina Ernesaks, Jūratė Kazakevičiūtė, Raimondas Savickas, Jolanta Snežko, and Lilija Valatkienė.

Alongside the works of the artist residency participants, paintings by Aleksandras Vozbinas (1958–2021) were also on display.


The exhibition was held at the Utena Art Gallery in July and August. Later, the exhibition was moved to the Pabradė Cultural Center and was open to visitors in September and October.
